William G.
Barry
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
William G. Barry has unparalleled experience in the field of domestic and international
security. Mr. Barry has consulted on investigative security matters in the Unted
States, Northern Ireland, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
A long-time Special Agent and Supervisor with the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
Mr. Barry was primarily responsible for domestic security issues including investigations
directly concerning the financial and industrial communities. Since creating Barry
Security in 1980, Mr. Barry has provided investigative and security services to
domestic and international corporations, labor unions, the financial community,
and government leaders.
Mr. Barry is an active member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the
FBI, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and the American Society
of Industrial Security. He is also active in numerous philanthropic endeavors
and recently received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor Award along with Senator
Hillary Clinton, former Senator John Glenn, and Chief Justice William Rehnquist. |

Patrick Henry Barry
President
Patrick H. Barry, Esq. was appointed President in 1999. Prior to that Mr. Barry
managed security and investigative operations for Barry Security, Inc. In that
capacity, he directed numerous long-term security projects and investigations,
working closely with and supervising investigators and security specialists throughout
the world. He has helped develop Barry Security as one of the most sought after
and relied upon security firms in the world.
In addition to his service with Barry Security, Mr. Barry is an Adjunct Professor
at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York where he teaches criminal
justice and security management. Prior to joining Barry Security, Inc. Mr. Barry
was an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s
Office where he served in the major-case investigations unit, narcotics bureau,
and trial bureaus.
Mr. Barry received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy
Cross and his law degree from Pace University. He is a member of the American
Society of Industrial Security, the Fraternal Order of Police, and the National
Association of Chiefs of Police. He regularly lectures on criminal justice, security
management, and constitutional law issues. |

William G. Barry III
Vice President
William G. Barry III began his career in law enforcement in 1976 with the New
York State Attorney General’s office. Mr. Barry investigated white collar
fraud and patient abuse in the healthcare industry, including nursing homes, doctors,
and other Medicaid service providers. He then continued his career with the New
York State Investigation Commission. In 1984, he then moved to a major New York
bank where he directed a complete range of corporate security investigations and
protections.
Mr. Barry currently manages security operations on a worldwide basis for Barry
Security, Inc. He works with executive staffs, operations departments, and human
resource departments of numerous businesses to structure and manage state-of-the-art
loss prevention and security programs.
Mr. Barry is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, Fraternal
Order of Police, and the National Association of Chiefs of Police. |

Stephen P. Barry
Vice President, General Counsel
Stephen Barry, Esq. directs the investigative and risk mitigation services
for Barry Security, Inc. Mr. Barry served as a prosecuting attorney from 1987
to 1998 for the New York County District Attorney’s Office of Robert M.
Morgenthau. While there, Mr. Barry developed investigative and risk mitigation
skills that he used to serve the public interest. Mr. Barry has built on these
skills since joining Barry Security, Inc. in 1998, and now has a proven record
of assisting our clients to bring their cases to successful and timely resolutions.
His ability to locate vulnerabilities and assess the potential impact has directly
contributed to the protection of our clients’ assets.
Mr. Barry is currently the Executive Director of the Stephen E. Smith Cybercrime
Center at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where members from law enforcement,
private industry and academia come together for education and training to strengthen
information technology security. Because of his professional experience and relationships,
Mr. Barry is a member of the New York Electronic Crimes Task Force (NYECTF) of
the United States Secret Service. Mr. Barry is also a member of the Association
of the Bar for the City of New York.
